Hawai'i
I am originally from Hilo, Hawai'i, the Aloha State! Hilo is a city on the east side of the Big Island (Hawai'i Island). It is an island separated by the majestic mountains of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. The west side of the island is very dry and arid, but home to some of the most beautiful white sand beaches and hotels in the state. The east side of the island is very lush and green. You can find black sand beaches and many agriculture farms. Growing up in Hawai'i has helped me to appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. Some of my favorite things included going to the beach, playing outside, hiking, eating fresh fruits right from the back yard, sight-seeing, and spending time with my family and friends
